Plan to arrive no later than 5 pm Sunday evening and leave after the closing ceremony on Thursday evening (after dinner). You are welcome to stay Thursday night and leave Friday morning if you prefer not to drive at night.

Summary: This healing-centered week will include gentle movement practices, art therapy projects, parts work (Internal Family Systems—IFS), EMDR, SoulCollage™, beachcombing, and group meals. This is an opportunity to build connections and community, deepening into mind, body, and spirit.
