Join Juli McWilliams, LMFT and Kelly Sheridan, LMFT as we explore Internal Family Systems (IFS) in this healing circle. We will explore our systems, learn about parts, Self, and learn tools to externalize and better understand our systems.
This group will meet biweekly, beginning on Tuesday February 3, 2026 at 6:00 pm EST. This is an open group format, virtual and we welcome everyone!
